What a joy it is to celebrate 25 years of praising the Lord through our P.U.P.P.E.T.S. ministry!  We want to thank every puppeteer and adult leader who shared (and continues to share) their God-given gifts with us.  Thank you also to the members of Christ Lutheran Church for showing unending and enthusiastic support for P.U.P.P.E.T.S.

Why do we have a P.U.P.P.E.T.S. ministry here at Christ Lutheran?  Yvonne Rosche, our lead director (and founder) would be quick to tell you that we aren’t here for our own reward or glory.  Sure, it’s fun to get the Gold awards and the People’s Choice awards at competitions.  Yes - it feels good to hear words of encouragement following countless hours of preparation for big performances.  The laughs, the music, and the friendships are all great, but there is a much greater reason why we practice every Wednesday night and perform all around the area throughout each year.
 
The truth is that P.U.P.P.E.T.S. exists to tell people that we have an amazing God who loves and saves us.  We perform so that people will never forget the good things God has done for us. We do ALL of this for the LORD.  He is our Provider, our Savior, and our Guide.
As we have for 25 years, today we praise God with our whole hearts knowing that He is the One who leads us through every moment.  We look forward to many more years of serving Him. To God be the glory!
