ATP Season 4 Episode 12

Is repentance a work?  After today’s Bible study, I would like it if you would review the repentance, faith, mercy discussion. 

Please include some guidance for personal confession at divine service just prior to corporate confession. I may repent of something I recall and end with something like “God you know of my sins and I ask for your forgiveness…” This seems inadequate to me.

Can you explain concupiscence?
