Third Petition Prayer

March 25 – Prayer

Prayer:
Good and gracious Father.  Your mercies are great and the love has no end.  Your will is that all be saved and come to the knowledge of that truth.  Grant me to know your will so that I may embrace your kingdom and keep your name holy in my midst.

Father when you send me tests to try my faith help me to be found genuine.  When I stumble and fail, be quick to chasten and quicker to relieve me of my guilt and shame and renewing in me the hope of Jesus Christ my Lord.  Crucify my flesh, Father, grind me into pure wheat, that I may obtain to the resurrection and not be found wanting on the day when your Will is done.  Grant us to hold you by faith until we die.  In Jesus Christ’s name we pray.  Amen.
